Red Fish is proud to announce the GRAND OPENING of the newest Spark Woodfire Grill location at the Simi Town Center Mall. Spark will be opening in the former Red Fish space.

The Spark concept was built around wood fire cooking (hence the name). By cooking with wood, the flavors of the meats and fish are allowed to come through accompanied by a light wood scent, not a heavily fuel or barbeque taste. In addition to the cooking technique, Spark's cuisine is complimented by our exclusive use of only the finest "Prime" or "Certified Angus Beef".

The menu at Spark Woodfire Grill will feature many of your Red Fish favorites such as Jambalaya, Lobster Mac & Cheese and Spicy Tuna Tartare. Spark classics will include "Prime" Steaks, slow cooked "Iowa" Baby Back Ribs, Tri Tip, Chicken Sonoma and Hickory Smoked Prime Rib.

And don't forget the kids! Spark was voted as one of the top 10 Family Friendly restaurants in the country and was named "one of the best neighborhood restaurants" by Bon Appetit Magazine.

The Spark and Red Fish team is focused on providing hospitable, attentive service in a warm, friendly environment.
